Delicious Vinyl × Elevate Culture Present · The 5th Annual
L.A.'s favorite free community block party returns to West Adams Boulevard. Five years strong. One neighborhood, together — in unity, love, life and culture.
Born in 2017 as a 30th anniversary celebration with Delicious Vinyl, the West Adams Block Party shuts down West Adams Boulevard between Hauser and Redondo for a full day of legendary performances, family activities, local vendors, and authentic community engagement — always free to the neighborhood. Across four editions we've raised over $200,000 for the community, in partnership with Delicious Vinyl from day one.
Hosted every year by DJ QwessCoast · Two stages: Main Stage & the RoadBlock Stage — soca, dancehall & afrobeat until sunset
WABP 5 takes it up a notch. We partner with brands to serve underserved communities through a full day of cultural engagement — and we build sponsorships around your objectives, from title naming rights to in-kind product and services. Media coverage has included the Los Angeles Times, LA Sentinel, We Like L.A. and Buzzbands LA.
Product, services, and creative interactive installations welcome. Have a concept — a braid bar takeover, a gaming station, a brand pop-up? Let's build it into the block.
The West Adams Block Party is free to the neighborhood because people like you make it free. Donations to Elevate Culture Corporation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, fund performances, youth programming, family activities, and community services on the block — and are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
Elevate Culture Corporation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. EIN available upon request. Consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.
You'll receive a donation receipt by email for your records.
The block party is free — always has been. RSVP so we can plan for you, and you'll be first to get lineup announcements, day-of details, and the site map.
50+ vendor spots. 7–10K guests expected in a single day. WABP Vendor Village puts your business in front of the community — food, retail, art, wellness and more. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; approved vendors receive a confirmation and payment link by email.
